Our program is intentionally designed to emulate a traditional family home setting. We believe the family is the fundamental institution of society and the primary source of learning. By adhering to traditional family systems, we provide a stable environment where youth can learn the values that shape a successful life.
We utilize creative and innovative methods to instill the fundamental values required for a successful transition to independence:
Social Responsibility – Encouraging a sense of duty toward the community.
Self-Reliance – Fostering independence and personal accountability.
Social Mastery – Teaching appropriate social interactions and behaviors.
Respect & Empathy – Cultivating respect for others and their property.
Community Contribution – Empowering residents to become productive community members.
Civic Awareness – Educating residents on social rules, morals, and laws.
Accountability – Building an understanding of the social and moral consequences of one's actions.
Compassion – Nurturing a deep sense of care and concern for self and others.
