Questions

Straight answers.

Do you have beds available right now?

Availability changes week to week. Call or send a message and we will tell you exactly where things stand today rather than putting you on a list and going quiet.

Who can live here?

Men who are committed to staying substance-free and willing to follow house rules. Most residents come from treatment, incarceration or an unstable living situation. We do not require a particular recovery pathway.

Do I have to be in AA or NA?

No. We support whatever is genuinely working for you — twelve-step, church, therapy, medication-assisted treatment, or your own approach. What we require is that you are actively doing something, not coasting.

What does it cost?

Rent is charged weekly or monthly and covers your bed, all utilities and Wi-Fi. Contact us for current rates. We will always tell you the real number up front.

What happens if someone relapses?

It depends entirely on honesty. Someone who comes to us immediately and wants to get back on track is in a very different position from someone who hides it and puts the house at risk. Safety of the other residents comes first, but a relapse is not automatically the end.

Can family visit?

Yes, during posted hours and with notice. We ask that visitors respect that this is other people’s home too.

Do you accept insurance?

No. Sober living is housing, not treatment, so it is not billed to insurance. Residents pay rent directly.

How can I help if I do not need housing?

Furniture, household items, a Saturday of your time, or a contribution — all of it moves the needle. See the Get Involved page.
