House expectations

Everyone signs these before moving in. They are short on purpose.

  • Completely substance-free — no alcohol, no drugs, no exceptions
  • Submit to testing, random and for cause
  • Working, in school, or actively looking within 30 days
  • Attend the weekly house meeting
  • Keep curfew and sign in and out overnight
  • Do your chores and keep your space clean
  • No violence, no threats, no stealing — immediate removal
  • Rent paid on time

A relapse is not automatically the end. What happens next depends on honesty and willingness to get back on track — but the safety of the house comes first, always.

Moving In

Three steps, no runaround.

01

Reach out

You, a family member, a case manager or a treatment center. A short call tells us whether this is the right fit.

02

Interview and tour

We walk the house together and go through the rules line by line so there are no surprises later.

03

Move in

Sign the agreement, pay the first period, get your bed assignment and meet the house.
